I understand that not everyone has venison (so sad but true), so beef tenderloin will work also. The savory Maple L’Orange sauce is available from South 4 Farms at www.South4FarmsLLC.com but I have included a small batch recipe in the sauces section, perfectly suitable for marinating these outstanding delights and one that you will find to be an amazing compliment to several dishes! When you bake these in the oven, be certain that you don’t miss your drip pan! I did..it took 3 hours but I have a clean oven! On the grill, cook over indirect heat to avoid flareups. These are definitely worth the effort no matter what!
